Nice, very nice. I use fractals and astronomy pics of the day for DT wallpaper. I think they belong together, both inspire the imagination and give a sense of the unknown. Both appear alien in a sense. Everyone will see something different in a single fractal, every one is original with each person looking upon it. Yours are beautiful, though I haven't seen too many I didn't like. Keep up the the great work!

Hi Jon. Thanks for these wonderful images. I'm downloading some software so I can have a go myself.
Other than screensavers, do these images have any practical uses or should they just be seen as art?

Yours in wonder.

I can say that I have really seen an aspect of God when I look at fractals! So much abstract art is so caught up in all this inner turmoil crap. This stuff is perfect symmetry in infinite variation like creation itself. I love what you have given of yourself through these works. Thank you so much for making it available.

Mike

I used to plot fractals on a BBC 32k microcomputer! They took about 4 hours to complete, in four colours only. Its fantastic to see how far the artform has come. By the way, how exactly does a curse of sterility last a thousand generations? Surely one generation should do the trick. Sorry to be picky....

**Well you can't expect me to leave that in, now can you? Go HERE to read an interview with yours truly about those days. Who are you anyway??

beautifil lyrical images, they seem connected to the chaos relevance. and possibly to dmt experience. i am curiouse as to the "technology" and inspiration. is this computer generated, or is it spiret le. either way, does one create this litterally with a camera, or is it digital/ please pardon any typos.

sincerly,

Dear Jon H. Stoppard,

Congratulations on your opening the guest book!
Besides listening to your music, there is, now, one more thing in which we take pleasure. We will visit there now and then. And we love to listen to splendid Celtic Music more.

Dear Mr Stoppard,
This is the second time I write in your guestbook. The first time I omitted to mention that I appreciate your combination of music recordings and fractal images.  I think the combination is a very good one. I both like ragtimes and piano music and I admire your performance of "the entertainer".
All the best,
